---Changsha Pingchuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
The measurement of excavator digging depth is achieved by measuring the angles of various components on the arm and then calculating the depth data mathematically. Typically, angle data from three points on the arm need to be measured.
Currently, laser-based methods are available on the market for measuring digging depth, but their high cost limits widespread adoption. Using tilt-based measurement methods can significantly reduce costs.
The tilt sensor products we offer include:
1. Single-axis and dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in both forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measurement range: 0 to ±180° (optional)
3. Power supply voltage: DC 9–36V (can be directly connected to the equipment's battery)
4. Output signals: 0–5V, 4–20mA, RS232/485, CAN bus, switch signals, and other analog or digital methods.
5. Metal housing encapsulation.
